How much does a Tabletop Ad cost?
Pricing varies based on the ad size you select, whether you choose to pay in full (which qualifies for a discount), or enroll in a 4-month payment plan. We also offer discounts for multiple ad placements, whether on the same table or in multiple restaurant locations.
What ad sizes are available?
Ad sizes vary by restaurant, as each location has different table dimensions. Every tabletop project is custom-designed to fit that specific restaurant.

The final table layout and number of advertisers accepted are determined by the smallest table size within the group. Layouts are finalized before ad registrations open.

How can I qualify for a discount?
There are 3 ways to receive discounted pricing:
Pay in full with a single payment
Purchase multiple ads
We do offer for you to enroll in our 4-month payment plan (no discount applies)
Multiple ad discounts apply when:
The same company advertises in multiple placements on the same table (promoting different products or services).
Two different companies with the same owner advertise on the same table.
The same advertisement is placed in multiple restaurant locations. (The first location must be paid in full to receive the discount. A deposit is required for additional locations, based on ad size.)
Can I update my contact information after my ad is printed?
Unlike traditional print advertising (such as magazines or billboards), our Dynamic QR Codes allow you to update your contact information even after printing.
We recommend keeping printed content simple and limited to information that will remain consistent for up to 3 years. Details that may change—such as phone numbers, addresses, or affiliations—should be directed to a digital page (website or social media) that can be updated anytime.
Upon request, we can also redirect your QR code to a new URL.
Can I renew my ad when the next set of tabletops is released?

If your town’s tabletop project is not yet active, joining the waitlist is highly recommended.
When registration opens, we contact potential advertisers in the order they joined the waitlist. This ensures early access and priority placement opportunities.
